The ROHO Dry Flotation Mattress Overlay System has been designed to provide an environment in which a patient can comfortably lie or sit for long periods of time without the fear of compromised blood flow and the resulting effect of tissue damage/breakdown. It does this by exposing the patient to compression therapy which addresses edema associated with chronic wounds and flaps, and by providing a system which conforms to the patient’s body without deforming the vascular bed. This non-powered, adjustable, pressure-relieving mattress overlay is made from a durable neoprene rubber and fits on top of an existing mattress.
